Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts until your purchased item is shipped (Every Monday - Wednesday). If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to our customization process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have not been shipped. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

We are not responsible for melting candy.

Please consider the season and heat when placing your order.
